I live in a development with limited parking. Can a handicap vehicle park on the side of the road, by the grass with out being subjected to towing?
Vehicles displaying disabled plates or placards are the only vehicles allowed to park in spaces clearly marked for the disabled.
These vehicles may park in any space clearly marked for the disabled unless the space is marked “BLUE PLACARD
A commercial vehicle (high sided transit) with big ladders parks infront of my house every day and all weekend. The owner lives down the road and obviously doesn't want this eyesore outside of his own property. I haven't contacted the owner or company
If it is in the UK the simple awnser is if he has road tax on his transit and there are no parking restrictions then he is entitled to park it where ever he wants.

I know what you mean. My wife and I are disabled and have to open the doors all the way to get in or out. There alot of cars with paint damage for parking too close. I hate to do it but I have no choice.

The governing body of Zoo Authority of Andhra Pradesh which met here under the chairmanship of Minister for Environment, Forests, Science & Technology, Shathrucharla Vijayaramaraju on Monday, took the decision to this effect.
Entry fee for vehicles at Nehru Zoo at present is Rs.500 and the governing body decided to hike it to Rs.750, but it was felt the hike should be done after alternative arrangements were enhanced.
“The Minister has asked us to go for a hike after increasing the fleet of visitors vans operated at the zoo,” an official said.
The entry fee for visitors at Sri Venkateswara Zoo, Tirupati, would be raised to Rs.15 from the present Rs.10. The officials had proposed raising it to Rs.20 but Mr.Vijayaramaraju wanted it to be not more than Rs.15. The present entry fee at Hyderabad Zoo is Rs.20 and at Vijayawada Zoo is Rs.15.
